Return Policy
Looking to return or exchange your order? It's easy! Our hassle-free 30-day return policy applies to all items (yes, every single one).
As long as the items are unused (no wear, scratches, or damage), in their original packaging (unharmed box), and with all accessories included, they can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that have been used, customized, or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

A flat fee of $5.00 USD will be deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange credit to cover return shipping costs. Once your return request is submitted, we will provide a QR code or prepaid return label for your convenience.
Refund Policy
The original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the error was on our part. Your refund will include the value of the returned item(s) at the time of purchase, plus any applicable sales tax, minus any discounts applied to your order. If you're located in the United States, the $5.00 return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund. Once your returned items are received, processed, and restocked at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you choose to exchange the returned item(s), your new exchange order will be processed and shipped once we have received the returned item(s) at our warehouse. If a partial refund is due due to a price difference in your exchange order, please refer to the Return Policy above. If there is a price difference remaining in your new exchange order, you will be asked to pay the difference before the return request is processed.
